Why Choose Sylvariswoods

Timber from centuries-old jungles

Our teak grows for 80-150 years in untouched highland forests. Each ring is a year of the ancient forest's life, gifting the wood with unique density and resin.

Protection by nature itself

Thanks to the natural oils accumulated over centuries, teak from ancient forests repels moisture, insects, and fungi. Durability Class 1. No chemical treatment needed

A legacy of ancient craftsmanship

We draw on centuries-old woodworking traditions. Our products are crafted with the same respect for timber that built palaces and temples still standing after hundreds of years.

Centuries-born aesthetics

The rich golden palette and silky texture are the result of slow growth in the unique climate of ancient forests. The surface is ready for coating and delights with its depth of shade.

OUR PRODUCTS

Processed Teak Timber

Teak wood is very popular due to its outstanding properties, including strength, durability, ease of processing, unique and beautiful natural patterns, as well as high resistance to termites and insects, which ensures a service life of several decades.

Teak Wood Columns

The undeniable beauty of teak columns is due to their striking golden-brown color, smooth and fine-grained wood, and natural, beautiful patterns that are perfectly balanced from any angle.

Teak Tongue & Groove Flooring

The unique properties of teak wood, combining beauty and durability, are due to the natural compounds it contains. This makes it a very valuable and sought-after wood species throughout history.

Grooved Teak Flooring

Thanks to its high density and natural oil content, teak flooring has exceptional moisture resistance, making it ideal for outdoor use.

Teak Parquet Flooring

The exceptional strength of teak wood allows parquet flooring to perfectly maintain its original shape and size. It does not expand, contract, or warp, even when exposed to temperature and humidity fluctuations.

Teak Wall Cladding

Thanks to its characteristic golden-brown hue, teak siding is ideal for wall and ceiling cladding, creating a luxurious yet warm atmosphere in any space.

Teak Staircase Timber

Laminated teak is the result of innovative wood processing. Small pieces of teak are joined together using a special technology, resulting in large panels that retain their natural beauty while being highly strong and durable.

Teak Solid Wood Panel

The solid wood panel is made from solid teak using butt-joint technology. This allows the creation of large panels without knots, with a continuous and elegant grain pattern. Ideal for countertops, kitchen islands, window sills, stair treads, and case furniture.

Teak Skirting Board

Teak skirting is available in classic (12×90 mm) and minimalist (12×45 mm) profiles. It creates a harmonious transition between floor and wall, hides joints, and protects the surface from impacts and moisture. The perfect finishing touch for any interior.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our teak is sourced exclusively from licensed forests in Northern Thailand. The trees grow for 80–150 years in untouched highland forests, giving the wood unique density, natural oils, and exceptional durability.

Teak contains high levels of natural oils and silica, which make it resistant to moisture, rot, fungus, and insects. This allows teak to last for decades even in harsh weather conditions without special chemical treatment.

We offer two main options: Kiln-Dried (KD) for maximum control over the material, and S4S (Surfaced on 4 Sides) boards, ready for immediate use. Additional services include butt-joint for solid panels, finger-joint for large panels, as well as oil and varnish finishing.

Teak requires little maintenance. For regular cleaning, a soft brush and soapy water are sufficient. If you want to preserve the golden color, apply special teak oil once a year. If you prefer the noble silver-grey patina, simply let the wood age naturally.

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all teak flooring products (parquet, decking, tongue & groove). This is our confidence in the quality of the material, tested for centuries — teak palaces and temples have stood for over 100 years. For other products, the warranty is 15 years.

We supply products directly from the manufacturer. Shipment is possible either by full container loads (FCL, from 40 m³) or in separate batches for smaller projects. Delivery is available worldwide.
