What is your typical lead time?
Lead times depend on volume and processing requirements. Stock items ship within 2 weeks; custom milling typically takes 4–6 weeks. Project-specific timelines are confirmed at quotation.
Do you require a minimum order quantity?
We work with both full container loads (FCL) and project-based quantities. There is no fixed minimum — we structure supply to match the scale of your project.
What documentation is provided with shipments?
Each shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate. Material certificates and additional documentation are available on request to meet international import requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation, balance against shipping documents. Other arrangements (LC, escrow, distributor terms) can be agreed for established partners.
Can samples be requested before ordering?
Yes. Material samples are dispatched within 5–7 days to your studio or office, allowing you to evaluate quality, finish and grain prior to specification.
